Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards We are currently looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor with assigned responsibilities**, whose purpose is to guarantee the proper execution of cleaning and hygiene services in industrial environments, ensuring compliance with the company's and client's established operational, quality, food safety, and safety standards. Main Responsibilities **Operational Management** * Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and hygiene tasks in production areas and common spaces of the plant, according to assigned shifts. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and cleaning and disinfection protocols defined by the company and the client. * Verify the correct use of chemical products, machinery, tools, and personal protective equipment. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Organize work schedules, task distribution, and operational service coverage. * Conduct operational walkthroughs and periodic inspections of the overall service status. * Identify operational deviations and immediately implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with service levels agreed upon with the client. **Leadership and People Management** * Coordinate and lead operational teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. * Assign tasks and operational priorities based on service requirements. * Train staff on operational procedures, hygiene, food safety, and safety regulations. * Monitor team performance and promote good work practices. * Manage personnel matters: absenteeism, leaves, replacements, and operational contingencies. * Promote adherence to internal rules, corporate policies, and conduct standards. **Quality and Safety** * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Actively participate in internal and external audits. * Monitor operational records and documentation required for the service. * Report incidents, risks, deviations, or needs identified during operations. **Administrative Management** * Prepare operational reports and basic management indicators. * Monitor and track inventory levels of supplies and materials. * Request replenishment of supplies necessary for uninterrupted operations. * Maintain constant communication with clients, Operational Coordination, and support departments. * Ensure accurate recording of operational and administrative service information. **Job Requirements** Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in cleaning. Experience in industrial plants. Technical Knowledge: \- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Industrial cleaning and sanitization procedures. \- Handling and dosing of chemical products. \- Interpretation of operational procedures and instructions. \- Waste management and material segregation. \- Inventory and cleaning supply control. \- Operation of industrial cleaning equipment (ride-on scrubbers, pressure washers, industrial vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc.). \- Occupational safety and health regulations. \- Protocols for responding to internal and external audits.
