Design of software architectures and development standards **Tech Lead – Cybersecurity / AI / Azure / .NET (Hybrid)** Argentina \| Hybrid Full-time **About the Role** We are seeking a Technical Leader to lead the team responsible for new cybersecurity initiatives within a leading technology company that delivers solutions for large corporations. The primary objective is to lead, from scratch, the development of Artificial Intelligence and agent-based solutions designed to support periodic controls over users, applications, and risks. This role requires strategic coordination of a multidisciplinary team under Scrum, making key software architecture decisions in an environment of emerging technologies, while ensuring proper alignment with cybersecurity processes. **Your Responsibilities** * Technically and operationally lead a team comprising Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Functional Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and Testers * Coordinate the team using Agile Scrum methodology, participating in project estimation, requirements definition, and effort planning * Lead software architecture design, technical design, functional design, and security design and implementation * Define and establish development standards, ensuring performance and quality * Make key technical decisions regarding Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, WebAPIs (microservices), and database optimization (Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL) * Research new tools and drive adoption of AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Hugging Face LLMs, Semantic Kernel) * Lead knowledge transfer, support team onboarding, and ensure comprehensive technical and functional documentation **What We’re Looking For** * Proficiency in **Python** and the **.NET Framework 4** technology stack * Version control with **Git**, and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) * Strong experience in designing **software architectures** and establishing development standards * Development of **WebAPIs and Web Services** following microservice principles * Advanced familiarity with **PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB**, including query optimization * Experience with **Azure DevOps Pipelines** and automation using Logic Apps * Practical experience with AI solutions: **Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Cognitive Search, Semantic Kernel, and Hugging Face LLMs** * Technical leadership skills and strong team collaboration abilities **Work Model** * Buenos Aires: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) * Córdoba: Hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office) * Rest of the country: 100% remote **Benefits** * Premium health insurance plan * Connectivity allowance * Company-sponsored training and certifications * Personalized career development plan and continuous learning opportunities * Birthday leave day * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **How to Apply** * If this role fits you, apply here now! * If it’s not for you, share it with your colleagues!
