Job Description: At **StaffRock IT**, a company specializing in Staff Augmentation services and professional recruitment and selection, we are currently looking for a **Senior Power BI Developer** to join the team of a leading global provider of security services. We seek a professional with extensive experience in this role, excellent communication and teamwork skills, conflict resolution capability, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. **What will be your mission?** Join our client’s team to design, develop, and maintain strategic financial dashboards within the Power BI ecosystem, providing analytical support to the Administration and Finance department, ensuring data quality, performance, and governance. **Responsibilities:** * Design and optimize data models, ensuring performance and scalability. * Build robust semantic models oriented toward financial reporting. * Integrate multiple data sources (ERP systems, SQL databases, flat files, APIs, etc.). * Power BI development (advanced development in Power BI Desktop; publishing, administration, and maintenance in Power BI Service; building complex metrics using advanced DAX; data transformation and preparation via Power Query (M); and designing executive and operational dashboards focused on financial KPIs). * Define development standards, naming conventions, and documentation. * Manage dataset-level security (RLS). * Participate in migrations or evolution toward Microsoft Fabric environments. * Serve as the technical Power BI reference within the IT team, contributing to analytical architecture decisions and collaborating with Data Engineering teams. **Required Skills and Experience:** * Over 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Students or graduates in Computer Science or related fields. * Solid, senior-level experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M). * Experience in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, tabular models). * Experience developing financial dashboards and KPIs. * Functional knowledge of Finance, Administration, or Controlling. * Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, semantic models, Dataflows Gen2, or migrations from traditional Power BI) is highly valued. **What do we offer?:** * 12-month contract, with possible renewal under **Contractor** terms. * Reimbursement for **connectivity**. * Free **AWS** certifications. **Full-time – Remote** work model.
