We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help strengthen our commercial processes and ensure precise, results-oriented execution. **Role Objective** Ensure accurate tracking of commercial team data, provide operational support to sales, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes related to variable payroll calculations Requirements: **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales operations or similar roles. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * High level of organization and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Excellent communication skills in English **Preferred** * Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital environments. * Data-driven mindset. * Proactive attitude and ability to propose process improvements.
