Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to administer and monitor the Assist Card network at regional and international levels, ensuring its optimal performance, availability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and monitor the Assist Card network at regional and international levels 2. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of the network 3. Participate in the planning and implementation of network improvement and expansion projects **\#WeAreAssistCard**, a leading organization in comprehensive traveler assistance. We deliver high-quality service in their native language, available 24/7. ***At Assist Card, we believe teamwork and passion are key to delivering the best assistance to our customers.*** *The primary challenge of this role is to administer and monitor the ASSIST CARD network at regional and international levels, ensuring its optimal performance, availability, and reliability \& continuously supervise and evaluate network performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.* ***Challenges:*** * Install, maintain, and manage networking equipment. * Proficiency in SolarWinds and Grafana. * Configure and manage routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and other network devices. * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues. * Provide technical support to end users and internal teams. * Perform data center maintenance. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of the network infrastructure.
