Job Summary: We are seeking an ESG & Sustainability Intern to support the team through data analysis, consolidation, and visualization, contributing to report generation and process improvements. Join our team as an ESG \& Sustainability Intern (Reporting \& Data Analytics)! **Your Mission:** Support the ESG \& Sustainability team through data analysis, consolidation, and visualization, contributing to the generation of reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process improvements that advance the company’s sustainability management. **What You’ll Do:** Analyze, consolidate, and validate information from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and update executive dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI and Excel. Collaborate on the preparation of sustainability- and ESG-related reports and initiatives. Perform tracking and maintenance of departmental databases, metrics, and indicators. Provide support in document management and information coordination. Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Bachelor’s degree, Data Science, Data Science Bachelor’s degree, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management Bachelor’s degree, Sustainability Bachelor’s degree, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and data analysis). Intermediate Power BI knowledge (dashboards, visualizations, and data modeling). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools—especially Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). Interest in sustainability, ESG, corporate reporting, and indicator management. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively.
