You’ll work directly with clients to turn raw data into clear insights, intuitive dashboards, and high‑quality reports. The ideal candidate possesses a proven ability to deliver high‑impact insights and effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. * Write optimized SQL queries (including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) to extract, cleanse, and transform data. * Define and implement data validation, accuracy, and quality checks. * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. * Participate in customer engagement activities, clearly communicating technical concepts, design decisions, and project progress to stakeholders. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. * 3–6 years of industry experience as a hands‑on practitioner in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and proven experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation. * Proven experience building advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. * Experience working with 2–3 major cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks). * Expertise in 3–4 key data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, dbt). * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. ##### **Benefits** * Fully remote * Flexible schedule * Paid parental and bereavement leave * Worldwide recognized clients to build skills for an excellent resume * Top‑notch team to learn and grow with **Salary:** $5,350 USD monthly (range may vary depending on experience) Background checks may be required for certain positions/projects.
