The role targets individuals currently building their foundation in data analysis and aiming to grow as professionals within a dynamic, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct detailed data analysis, including review of client workpapers, analysis of data sources, and reconciliations. * Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. * Solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative information analysis. * Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency in data processes and workflows. * Build ETL processes and automations using tools such as **Alteryx, KNIME, Power Automate, Power Query**, among others. * Prepare analyses, visualizations, and presentations using tools such as **Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI**. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable solutions. **Requirements** * Advanced student or graduate in **Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields** (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Public Accounting, Statistics). * Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools: **Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Query, Power Platform**, etc. * Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory). * Full-time availability. * Interest in data analysis and problem-solving.
