Job Summary: We are seeking a Brand Analyst to support the development and implementation of the annual Marketing and Communications plan, and to participate in campaigns and innovation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the development and implementation of the annual Marketing plan. 2. Participation in marketing campaigns and innovation projects. 3. Market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities. At Grupo Peñaflor, we are looking for a Brand Analyst to join our marketing team, working from our office in Vicente López. Main Responsibilities Provide support in developing and implementing the annual Marketing and Communications plan. Participate in marketing campaigns, innovation projects, product development, and launches. Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor management and brand performance indicators (volume, SOM, CMg, and other KPIs). Participate in portfolio analysis and optimization. Coordinate and track projects with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams. Work cross-functionally with Marketing Development, Enology, Finance, and other relevant departments. Prepare reports and presentations on results. Track the annual Marketing budget. Process and track invoices. We are an Argentine winery group, recognized as one of the world’s top ten wine producers. Requirements **Education/Degree:** Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. **English Proficiency:** Advanced. **Computer Tools:** Advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI. Experience with Nielsen and Scentia is desirable. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
