(If we carry out the construction, this amount is deducted from the total labor cost.) Therefore, you receive the project free of charge!!!!! 2- Advisory and supervision during material procurement and storage. 3- Submission of drawings. At this stage, municipal drawings are prepared and submitted to obtain construction permits. The responsible professional signs the documents. Cost: $1,500.00 USD for labor. 4- Signing of construction contract. Construction commences. Together with the contract, a weekly work schedule is provided, specifying tasks to be performed each week, enabling the client to track progress at all times. - Exclusions: Municipal and professional association taxes are not included. - Additional Information:
