Entry point into finance organization **Role:** Customer Success \& Accounting Associate **Company:** Practivet **Commitment:** Full\-time, Remote **Time Zone:** Eastern Time (EST) **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Salary:** 1\.100 USD per month. We're looking for a detail\-oriented **Customer Success \& Accounting Associate** to manage the order\-to\-cash cycle, from customer purchase order through final invoicing, with the opportunity to grow into a full\-time Staff Accountant role as you develop within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Convert incoming customer purchase orders into sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail * Process pick tickets received from our 3PL and convert completed sales orders into customer invoices * Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records within our accounting system * Serve as a point of contact between our AP/AR teams and customer/vendor AP/AR departments, resolving discrepancies and answering billing inquiries **Qualifications:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order and invoice processing * Experience converting purchase orders to sales orders in an order management or ERP system * Familiarity with 3PL pick ticket processes and invoice generation * Basic bookkeeping knowledge; experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software * Strong communication skills for interfacing with external AP/AR contacts at customers and vendors **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Experience supporting U.S.\-based companies * Experience working in professional services, consulting, or finance environments * Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices **Growth Opportunity:** This role is a strong entry point into our finance organization.
