Developers are more productive, systems become easier to maintain, and AI initiatives deliver sustainable operational improvements across the organization. ### **Requirements** **Minimum Qualifications \& Experience** Years of Experience: 6\+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of complex production systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. **Must\-haves:** Demonstrated expertise using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar. Extensive experience designing and deploying production AI or LLM\-powered applications. Expert understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, model limitations, evaluation methodologies, and AI guardrails. Strong software architecture, system design, data modeling, and integration experience. Advanced debugging, testing, and root\-cause analysis skills. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, version control, and secure application development. Confident hands\-on experience with Laravel, SQL/MySQL, and Eloquent ORM. AI Governance, Validation \& Quality Engineering: Establish engineering standards for prompt design, evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, monitoring, logging, and production validation to ensure AI systems operate safely and predictably. Technical Leadership \& Mentorship: Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, developer coaching, engineering standards, and AI best practices while helping elevate the capabilities of junior and mid\-level developers.
