As a Forms Content Associate, you'll be a critical part of our Forms Content team, providing strong knowledge technical and sales support for our payroll reporting forms and eFiling software while helping customers solve real\-world challenges every day. It's not about what you've done elsewhere; it's all about what you're capable of doing here. *More specifically, you will:* * Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionally. * Test form updates developed by other team members to build your strong knowledgeise and ensure product quality. * Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns and solutions for emerging technology challenges. * Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple departments to keep teams aligned. * Input technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the customer support portal. * Improve existing software programs by evaluating objectives, reviewing proposed changes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience. **WHAT YOU BRING TO SOVOS** * Foundational computer software knowledge with the ability to learn efficiently and become an strong knowledge on our software and services. * Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening carefully and documenting client needs accurately. * Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage your own workflow with team support and concentrate on complex problem\-solving. * Comfort with AI\-assisted workflows and technology tools (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications). * Move to a 'Nice to Have' section or rewrite as: 'Client support or service experience is a plus but not required * Background check required as a condition of employment **THE PROCESS** We believe in a transparent and comprehensive hiring process.
