We are seeking a MULTISKILLED OPERATOR for Plant and Production: General Description: - The role focuses on providing dynamic support across production, warehousing, assembly, and logistics, adapting to daily operational requirements. Main Responsibilities: - Production and Assembly: Simple component and equipment assembly (drilling, tapping, screwing, basic wiring, and connection), and final product adaptation. - Warehouse and Logistics: Goods unloading, internal cargo movement, and order preparation (picking, optimal packaging, labeling, and dispatch). - Dispatch: Safe loading of delivery vehicles and management of corresponding documentation. - General Support: Occasional assistance with plant organization, hygiene, and minor maintenance. Mandatory Requirements: - Full literacy (ability to read and write fluently). - Strong willingness to work collaboratively in a team. Especially Valued: - Prior experience in industrial settings, workshops, or warehouses. - Proficiency and familiarity with hand tools (e.g., drill, angle grinder, etc.). - Interest and willingness to learn basic technical or electrical tasks (internal training provided).
