Position Summary: We are seeking a Reference Analyst for the traffic rating process, driving results and proposing process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. We seek individuals who drive results with a focus on customer satisfaction and business impact, maintaining high quality standards and acting with integrity in every decision. **Your role will be:** To serve as the **Reference Analyst** for the traffic rating process across Claro’s various services (Voice, SMS, Data, etc.), promoting best practices and proposing/developing process improvements. **Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:** * Being responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into actionable information for decision-making by creating dashboards and monitoring tools enabling analysis, review, and early detection of deviations occurring in rating processes. * Providing **end-to-end monitoring** of the rating process for each of our services, as well as associated processes involved in their operation, control, and evolution. * **Identifying, reporting**, and **tracking** detected deviations or incidents and informing relevant stakeholders via established procedures. * **Supporting** company projects that impact the rating process—or for which a rating subject-matter expert is required. * Planning **objectives**, aiming to achieve expected results. * **Designing and developing** models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data and variable analysis and communication. * **Exploring**, **understanding**, and **integrating** diverse information sources by developing **queries** against databases using SQL or PL/SQL, and **automating** data retrieval and visualization processes. **What do we require from you?** * Completed university degree—or nearing completion—in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Planner, etc.). * Knowledge and experience with relational databases and PL/SQL (intermediate/advanced level). * Analytical ability and pattern recognition skills. * Experience with data analysis tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar.
