Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a key role in accounting, financial, and reporting management, focused on analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements. Technical support and professional development of junior colleagues In the Business Division, we are strengthening our Accounting team and looking to hire a Senior Accountant to assume a key role in the company’s accounting, financial, and reporting management. Main Responsibilities Execute periodic accounting entries (monthly closing, accruals, exchange rate adjustments, accruals, amortizations, etc.). Analyze accounting accounts, validate balances, and prepare monthly reconciliations. Prepare provisional balance sheets and income statements, ensuring consistency with accounting and tax guidelines. Participate in assembling and documenting working papers for external audits. Contribute to compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, in coordination with the Tax Department. Monitor and apply controls established by the department to ensure integrity and traceability of accounting information. Participate in process improvement projects and implementation of changes in accounting systems (ERP, integrations). Provide technical support to junior colleagues and guide their professional development. We are excited to do Business together. Requirements Graduate in Public Accounting. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar accounting roles, preferably in agro-industrial, financial, or top-tier companies. Solid knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting ERP systems (SAP, Tango, Bejerman, or similar). Experience in monthly closings, balance sheet preparation, and external audits. Analytical ability, professional judgment, and autonomy. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across multiple departments simultaneously. Intermediate technical English; experience in dual-currency accounting; participation in process improvement or system implementation projects.
