Identification of new client needs and value proposition development. **FACILITY MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE / ENGINEERING) – HYBRID MODALITY** At **Facility Argentina**, we are looking for a **Facility Manager** with a degree or background in Architecture or Engineering. We seek a dynamic professional with commercial vision and the ability to coordinate between clients and field operations—ideal for those aiming to grow in comprehensive maintenance and construction project management. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Quotations and Budgeting:** Preparation of take-offs, budgets, and quotations for maintenance services, comprehensive cleaning, and construction projects. * **Operations and Incident Management:** Direct coordination between corporate client executives and operational staff (maintenance technicians and facility personnel). * **Contingency Handling:** Receipt, management, and resolution of operational emergencies at assigned sites. * **Site Visits and Construction Supervision:** Technical visits to clients, on-site surveys, and supervision/direction of ongoing construction projects or works. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Preparation of management reports and handling of AutoCAD drawings/designs. * **Commercial Focus:** Identification of new needs among existing clients and support in developing value propositions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate or advanced student in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Proficient use of AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating/budgeting tools. * **Experience:** Prior experience in maintenance service companies, corporate cleaning providers, or Facility Management firms will be highly valued (no minimum years of experience required; operational autonomy is prioritized). * **Key Competencies:** Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs (Hybrid modality).
