At **Diagnóstico Maipú**, we are looking for a **Construction Analyst** to join our Facilities team! Join this challenge! **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Identify needs, provide technical advice to departments, and define project scope. * Develop layout projects complying with current regulations (municipal, ministerial, occupational safety and hygiene, etc.), monitor execution timelines and budget control. * Prepare technical documentation for procurement (drawings, construction details, descriptive reports, quotation forms, among others). * Act as liaison between contractors and the organization. * Advise on processes related to opening new locations, site selection, and feasibility and construction cost analysis. **What do we expect from you?** * Education: Graduated Architect. * Prior experience in project and construction management; preferably within healthcare institutions. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Familiarity with design tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape (desirable). **Work Modality and Schedule** * Hybrid work modality with on-site presence at our Vicente López (Buenos Aires) office. * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. **Benefits** Health insurance coverage for you and your family.
