Job Summary: This role focuses on budget control and monitoring, expense analysis, and service optimization, providing key support to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Report generation, metrics development, and service optimization **ABOUT THE ROLE** The primary purpose of this position is to manage and monitor the department’s budget, analyzing savings and variances across all expenses. You will handle departmental payments; onboard and update suppliers; maintain data updates, pricing, claims, etc.; and analyze expenses using statistical charts aimed at control and efficiency improvement. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute monthly and fiscal year-end closing processes for SCJ. * Generate KPIs, perform analyses, and propose improvements. * Produce reports and metrics. * Identify service optimization opportunities. * Provide key information to the team for negotiations and contracts. * Coordinate and ensure purchase order creation, track orders, and prioritize supplier payments. * Research and adopt internal and market best practices. * Ensure compliance with IT controls and information security policies. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * LEAN mindset and continuous improvement orientation. * Customer-centric focus. * Interpersonal skills. * Proactivity. * Information analysis capability. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems (SAP preferred). * Advanced Excel proficiency. **REQUIREMENTS** * Full-time employment * Indefinite-term contract * Remote work once per week for eligible employees, starting from the third month of employment. * This position is not eligible for relocation **Inclusion \u0026 Diversity** We’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
