Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst to gather, analyze, and define functional requirements, acting as the liaison between business users and technical teams. You will act as the liaison among business units, the Product Owner, and technical teams, contributing to the design and implementation of scalable solutions aligned with the company’s strategy. **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** * Analyzing, gathering, and refining functional requirements. * Acting as the liaison between business, the Product Owner, and technical teams. * Participating in the definition and prioritization of the initiative roadmap. * Designing scalable and integrated functional solutions. * Identifying risks and collaborating on their mitigation. * Facilitating resolution of impediments and dependencies. * Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure value delivery. * Actively participating in agile ceremonies and processes. * Driving continuous improvement of processes and solutions. **What We Require From You:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge and proven experience with Salesforce. * University degree in Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience working with agile methodologies. * Knowledge of relational databases. * Experience integrating applications via SOAP and REST services. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and solve problems collectively. * Knowledge of Oracle, microservices architectures (Spring Boot), Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Dynatrace, and SonarQube will be valued. * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar) will be considered a plus. **What We Expect From You:** **Results Orientation:** Focusing your efforts on achieving concrete objectives that generate value for the business and our customers, prioritizing initiatives and taking ownership of outcomes. **Excellence:** Working with high quality standards, professionalism, and attention to detail, promoting continuous improvement in every initiative. **Integrity:** Acting with honesty, responsibility, and consistency, building trust in your relationships and fulfilling commitments made. **This position is based in** *Córdoba Capital or CABA*
