A Coordinator Center Operator acts as an intermediary between the customer and the company during delicate or critical situations, as their primary function is to receive reports of workplace accidents. Callers are often in a state of shock or panic; therefore, the operator must contain and calm the interlocutor before gathering the necessary information to assess the severity of the situation. Additionally, calls must be prioritized according to established protocols.
