**What Are We Looking For?**
We are currently seeking a **Document Management Analyst** to join our Industrial Projects and Manufacturing / Project Office Management team.
**What Will Be Your Mission?**
Manage the documentation flow (engineering, quality, client, supplier, and field documentation) generated for assigned projects under the Industrial Projects and Manufacturing Unit (UN), and coordinate this flow with clients, suppliers, and other involved departments, ensuring information availability to all users.
**What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?**
* Support the project document coordinator/administrator in defining project-specific methodologies, flowcharts, systems, and communication matrices.
* Configure all document management applications used in projects.
* Create and update documents—including planning—in the document management software (SPF and others), in coordination with PyCP and Engineering Coordination.
* Review, correct, or request correction of documentary characteristics (digital format, labeling, coding, data completion, etc.) for managed documents.
* Issue, receive, and forward—via physical or digital means—the managed documentation, complying with the defined methodology.
* Administer the project’s document management system (SharePoint) for administrative documentation.
* Ensure documentation protection throughout project execution.
* Manage project vendor (supplier) documentation.
* Compile, prepare, and deliver final documentation to the client (IDOC system).
* Store documentation in the technical archive and other defined storage media (physical and digital), as specified in applicable procedures.
* Documentation management in OTE.
**What Do We Value as a Differentiator?**
* **Academic Background:** University graduate or advanced student in related fields (Engineering, Administration, or similar).
* **Language:** Intermediate English.
* **Knowledge:**
* + Document management applied to engineering projects.
+ IT tools for creation, use, and handling of engineering documentation.
+ Advanced Excel (mandatory): pivot tables, data validation, formatting, Power Query (desirable), macros/VBA (desirable).
+ SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.
+ General knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001\).
* **Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail, time and priority management, clear and assertive communication, proactivity, service orientation, ability to work under pressure, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and collaboration across multiple departments.
**Position Information**

* **Work Schedule:** 4x1 rotation.
