Pleasant work environment and continuous training **Clinical Studies Coordinator \- On-site \- Recoleta \- CABA** We are looking for a Clinical Studies Coordinator for a prominent Medical Research Center located in the Recoleta neighborhood, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). **About the Role:** As part of the team, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring each study phase is carried out in accordance with established protocols. You will serve as the **key liaison among all involved departments**, guaranteeing correct execution and coordination of procedures. **What will be the challenges of this position?** * Coordinate and ensure compliance with activities and procedures outlined in clinical research protocols. * Coordinate patient visits, appointments, tests, and procedures according to the protocol schedule. * Coordinate with physicians and technicians regarding tests and procedures for each visit, verifying their correct performance and documentation. * Manage and maintain up-to-date study documentation. * Monitor studies, results, interconsultations, and repeat tests, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate study medication management, including receipt, storage, inventory, distribution, and return. * Prepare the center for monitoring, audits, and inspections, and follow up on requirements and findings. **We would be delighted if you have:** * Teamwork skills and excellent willingness to perform tasks. * Orderliness and precision in task execution. * Organizational and planning skills. * Clear and professional communication with physicians and patients. * Attention to detail and neatness. * Patience and responsibility. * Ethics and confidentiality. **You are the candidate we are looking for if:** * You are an advanced student or graduate in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or Biotechnology **(mandatory).** * You stand out for your friendly and respectful attitude toward patients and coworkers. **What technical knowledge do we expect you to possess?** * English at B2 level — upper-intermediate **(mandatory).** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel **(mandatory).** * Knowledge of management systems **(desirable).** **What we offer:** * Pleasant work environment. * Stable employment. * Continuous training. * OSDE 210 health insurance for the employee. **Employment Terms:** * Work Location: Recoleta neighborhood, CABA. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Mode: On-site. * Outside collective bargaining agreement. * Employment relationship with the company.
