Prepress Team Leader We are looking for a **Prepress Team Leader** with experience in graphic production, file preparation, and supervision of prepress processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that files meet technical and quality standards before proceeding to production, as well as coordinating and supporting the prepress team. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Prepress team. * Review and approve files prior to sending them to production. * Ensure files comply with established technical specifications and quality standards. * Coordinate file preparation for **digital and offset printing**. * Supervise **preflight, correction, and imposition processes**. * Perform and supervise impositions according to specifications for each product and printing process. * Use **Kodak Preps** for job preparation and imposition. * Use **Enfocus PitStop** for PDF file review, analysis, and correction. * Identify and resolve issues related to resolution, fonts, bleeds, dimensions, transparencies, color profiles, and other elements that may affect production. * Supervise correct application of **CMYK, RGB, and ICC profiles**, according to project requirements. * Review digital proofs and validate files before releasing them to production. * Coordinate with **Design, Production, and Customer Service teams** to resolve file-related issues. * Track urgent jobs and prioritize tasks based on production needs. * Identify opportunities to improve and optimize prepress processes. * Establish and maintain quality procedures and standards for the department. * Train and provide technical support to Prepress team members. * Supervise adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards. * Maintain proper organization and control of production files. Requirements * Proven experience in **Prepress and graphic production**. * Prior experience leading or supervising Prepress teams. * Proficiency in **Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop**. * Advanced experience with **Kodak Preps**. * Experience with **Enfocus PitStop**. * Solid knowledge of digital and offset printing processes. * Advanced knowledge of file preparation and imposition. * Knowledge of color management, including **CMYK, RGB, and ICC profiles**. * Knowledge of PDF standards and production-ready formats. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect technical errors. * Ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Intermediate or advanced English is considered a plus.
