**Senior Account Manager**
**About the Client**
Our client is a creative\-technical agency specializing in end\-to\-end Marketing and Trade Marketing services for leading mass\-consumption brands across Latin America. **About the Role**
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Accounts team in Núñez, reporting directly to the Head of Accounts. Your mission will be to strategically lead a group of our client’s key accounts, build trust\-based relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and develop trade marketing and commercial consulting solutions that drive portfolio growth.
You will manage two direct reports (Project Executives) and initially oversee between five and six active accounts. You will be responsible for managing large\-scale accounts, developing your team, and ensuring excellent execution aligned with business objectives — while also serving as the commercial knowledge reference and right hand of the Head of Accounts on the consultancy projects currently being undertaken by the department.
There is potential for future growth, supporting the expansion of the accounts area.
**Responsibilities**
* Act as the strategic point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust\-based relationships and positioning yourself as a consultative partner to clients.
* Identify business opportunities, detect unmet needs, and develop new value propositions and services for our client.
* Participate in the development and presentation of strategic proposals, ensuring an analytical, commercial, and results\-oriented approach.
* Lead and develop the team of Project Executives reporting to you (initially two people), defining priorities, monitoring performance, providing continuous feedback, and promoting their professional growth.
* Elevate the team’s commercial knowledge, helping executives identify client business opportunities and challenges.
* Monitor profitability, client satisfaction, and performance of the assigned portfolio, anticipating risks and ensuring excellent execution through coordination with Field, Design, Data, and IT teams.
* Contribute to the development and consolidation of the consultancy practice, promoting new methodologies, best practices, and business growth opportunities.
* Contribute ideas for internal project management (the team is migrating from Trello to an in\-house tool).
**Requirements:**
* Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
* Approximately 5 years of solid, verifiable experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial roles, or related areas, within mass\-consumption companies, corporations, or leading brands.
* Prior experience in Trade Marketing agencies, BTL, Shopper Marketing, or Promotional Marketing will be valued (not mandatory).
* Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of commercial strategy, account management, and client proposal development.
* Fluent English / working\-level English is a plus.
**Competencies and Skills:**
* Strategic vision and business orientation.
* Leadership and team development.
* Analytical and consultative capability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
* Organization, autonomy, and results orientation — orderly, responsible, and methodical profile to manage cross\-functional projects (Field, Design, Data, IT).
Startup mindset: comfortable in an agile structure without rigid processes, and willing to collaborate beyond formal role responsibilities.
*
