Be Bayer. **Your Purpose:** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of finished and intermediate production products by performing physicochemical analyses. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring strict compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, and supporting the maintenance and qualification of key analytical laboratory equipment. **Your Mission Will Include:** * Complying with all aspects of Corporate and Plant Safety Programs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, or other regulatory requirements. * Adhering to all Bayer and regulatory documentation guidelines, ensuring accurate, clear, legible, and complete records of all information related to sample intake and release, analytical testing and investigations, preventive maintenance and instrument calibration, inventory, and training. * Supporting calibration, qualification, and maintenance of the qualified status of laboratory equipment and systems. * Assisting the specialist in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test procedures, and training materials; participating in non-compliance investigations for in-process work and other special tasks as directed. * Participating in laboratory safety audits and the solvent disposal program. * Performing other assigned tasks, including housekeeping duties. **Unleash Your Potential!** * University degree required: Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field. * Basic knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment use and maintenance, such as HPLC, AA, GC, and ICP. * Laboratory and physicochemical quality control experience. * Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. * Knowledge of and effective use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Organizational skills, high precision in testing and documentation completion within the area, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to coordinate testing timelines and material flow according to the production schedule. * Computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (SAP-QM). **YOUR APPLICATION** At Bayer, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
