We seek someone who not only manages but also **drives projects forward and makes things happen**. **Position:** Project Manager – Dubbing Production. **What You’ll Do:** * Comprehensive coordination of dubbing projects (from initiation to delivery). * Management of timelines, resources, and priorities. * Direct communication with technical teams, voice actors, and clients. * Oversight of deliveries and quality control. * Real-time incident resolution. * Workflow optimization to improve efficiency. **Who We’re Looking For:** * Experience in audiovisual or dubbing project management. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. * Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Excel, or others). **Highly Valued Plus:** * Experience as a dubbing actress (female voice preferred). * This enables better communication with talent and deeper understanding of the creative process. **Very Important:** Our projects require **rapid responses and continuous decision-making**, so we seek agile, committed professionals with a strong sense of responsibility.
