We are currently undergoing expansion, and therefore, we are expanding our Personnel Selection Department. · As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment and selection process for candidates across offices and plants. We seek someone with a solid understanding of selection techniques, as well as exceptional communication and profile analysis skills. Your goal will be to identify and attract suitable talent aligned with our organization’s culture and objectives. · Responsibilities Recruitment and selection of all types of profiles required by the company Creating job postings on Pandape Using LinkedIn for headhunting Conducting screening, video interviews, and in-person interviews. · Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Experience in selecting diverse candidate profiles. Commitment to tasks, challenges, and teamwork. Residence in Pilar or nearby areas.
