




Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage the end-to-end procurement process, develop suppliers, and ensure operational continuity with internal customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement process management. 2. Supplier development and evaluation. 3. Daily interaction with internal customers and suppliers. Procurement Assistant – Pilar We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team in Pilar. Main Responsibilities: Execute the end-to-end procurement process: from purchase requisition (NP) receipt to internal customer (requestor) acceptance of goods or services. Share key information with supervisor to support decision-making. Develop and manage suppliers: identify and evaluate qualified suppliers (ideally 5 per process) for price and commercial terms comparison. Directly manage purchase orders while maintaining daily interaction with internal customers and suppliers to ensure operational continuity, on-time delivery, and quality. Anticipate risks, handle urgencies and unforeseen events, resolving them autonomously and escalating as appropriate. Requirements: Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Experience in procurement or similar roles (preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
