IT Network Analyst / Technical Support Intertron Human Capital, a company within the Intertron Group, is currently seeking an IT Network Analyst / Technical Support professional to join its team and support the growth of its IT department. The role’s objective is to deliver comprehensive technical support, assisting in resolving incidents related to workstations and microcomputing devices, ensuring proper end-user operations. - Key Responsibilities Technical support for end users (hardware and software). Configuration and maintenance of network environments. Installation and updating of desktop operating systems. Management of drivers, security patches, and office applications. Diagnosis, identification, and replacement of hardware and peripheral components. Resolution of technical incidents related to microcomputing. - Technical Requirements Knowledge of network configuration. Experience in installation and maintenance of operating systems. Proficiency with office productivity tools. Knowledge of hardware and peripherals. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. - Desired Competencies Organized and methodical profile.
