Act as the primary liaison between franchisees and the company's internal departments. . Manage and track administrative documentation. . Coordinate franchisee requests and needs. . Provide support in store opening and operational processes. . Ensure compliance with brand processes and standards. . Provide timely attention and resolution of franchisee inquiries. Requirements . Prior experience in similar roles. . Proficiency in computer tools and Excel. . Personal transportation. . Availability to visit stores across various provinces of the country. .
