Conduct cross-checks to identify discrepancies in billing and/or fraud. Responsibilities: * Auditing of collections, billing, and machine operations. * Generating hypotheses, improvement proposals, conflict resolutions, and innovative conclusions. * Creating reports, charts, and dashboards with an emphasis on aesthetics, to clearly convey ideas for decision-making. * Proposing improvements. * Exporting, cleaning, and loading data as effectively as possible, including automating the process. * Generating information for specific purposes.
