Job Summary: We are seeking an SSR Operational Optimization Engineer with experience in logistics, processes, and quality to lead continuous improvement, hygiene, and safety in Operations. Professional development in improvement and quality projects Talent Hub is supporting a logistics-sector company located in the Tortuguitas Industrial Park in its search for an SSR Operational Optimization Engineer. This role targets professionals with experience in logistics, processes, and quality who wish to serve as points of reference for continuous improvement, hygiene, and safety within the Operations area. The primary mission will be to implement and monitor KPIs, standardize processes, manage risks, and lead initiatives ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement departmental policies, procedures, and roles. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (inventory, quality, service, safety). Map processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements with measurable impact (cost savings, productivity, service). Coordinate quality activities: tracking non-conformities, complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure proper inventory management: cyclic counts, WMS/ERP reconciliations, participation in full inventories (one Saturday per month). Implement 5S, good floor practices, and SOP standardization. Lead contingency plans and internal process and safety audits. Deliver training on processes, quality, hygiene, and safety for operational teams. Prepare reports and insights for the Operations Management team. Desired Profile Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions, data handling). Desirable: Power Query/Power BI/Looker Studio. WMS/ERP and inventory management systems. Lean/Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa). Desirable: Yellow/Green Belt certification. Competencies Analytical and process-oriented thinking. Autonomy, organization, and execution focus. Clear and collaborative communication. Awareness of occupational health and safety. Leadership in continuous improvement projects. Required Experience 2–4 years in operations, logistics, processes, or quality. Experience implementing KPIs, process improvement, and inventory management. Participation in optimization, safety, and quality projects. Location: Tortuguitas Industrial Park. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00.
