Solve basic operational problems in the process Company: Plastic Industry – Pilar Area Work Mode: On-site - Full Time Job Purpose The role aims to operate and ensure proper setup of flexographic printing machines, guaranteeing print quality, production continuity, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Operate flexographic printing machines. Perform equipment setup (cliché mounting, ink adjustments, and parameter settings). Execute the production process while ensuring quality and efficiency. Visually inspect prints and perform operational corrections. Identify and resolve basic operational problems in the process. Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the area. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a flexographic operator/printer. Experience with central impression flexographic printers, with and without gears. Technical knowledge of the printing process and resolution of operational failures.
