Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the legal department to establish agreements consistent with suppliers and minimize impact on the business. * Close negotiations with suppliers, monitor and report results (Price Increase / Cost Savings / Cash Impact). Place and issue Purchase Orders, following the process from start to finish. * Conduct supplier and offer selection processes, respecting group policy and local procedures, ensuring the best selection in terms of cost, quality, service and reliability. * Manage contracts (e.g.: confidentiality agreements, management agreements, project contracts). * Ensure continuous supplier evaluation through managing complaints from Logistics, Production, Quality and Maintenance. * Manage supplier non-compliance, request and supervise corrective actions when necessary, involving stakeholders. * Continuously verify the correct use of material groups in purchase requisitions. Who we are looking for: * Graduate professional in Business Administration, International Trade or related field. * Advanced English language skills required. Portuguese desirable. * 4-6 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of SAP (MM module) & SAP ARIBA. * Advanced Office skills.
