Ideal for candidates who have completed their studies at technical schools and have experience in similar roles. What will be your main responsibilities? Perform detailed analysis of paper to determine its physical properties (basis weight, thickness, strength, moisture, etc.) and chemical properties (pH, color, additives, etc.). Compare analysis results with technical specifications and established standards. Detect the presence of any contaminants or impurities that could affect paper quality. Obtain representative samples from different stages of the manufacturing process (preparation, formation, drying) for analysis. Continuously monitor process variables that may influence paper quality (temperatures, pressures). Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. Accurately and systematically record all analysis results. Keep the analysis results database up to date. Propose and implement process improvements.
