Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hotel facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and occasionally night) Position Type: Full-time **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on hotel facilities (electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, etc.). * Handle daily maintenance work orders in guest rooms, common areas, and technical zones. * Collaborate on general building maintenance tasks. * Conduct equipment and facility inspections and checks. * Perform routine maintenance on cooling towers, gutters, downspouts, ballrooms, restrooms, and other areas. * Collaborate with other departments. **Requirements:** * Completed technical secondary education (preferably with specialization in electricity, electromechanics, or master builder, with basic electrical knowledge). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, and general building maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Residency in Pilar or nearby areas. **Desired Competencies:** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Problem-solving * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Commitment * Interpersonal skills **Benefits:** * On-site staff cafeteria * Complimentary membership at SportClub Palmas del Pilar * Discounts on Food & Beverage and accommodation for family members/friends * Corporate gifts and celebrations on special occasions (Children’s Day, Year-End Party, etc.) Are you interested in joining the Sheraton team?
