A better future? **WeAreLear** ============= **What will you do?** * Analyze and implement the technical information required for engineering changes proposed by the client; * Develop, control, and provide: improvements, verification points, and collection of customer issues; * Coordinate and carry out part validations and design changes with the client; Lead the management of engineering changes and design reviews with the client; * Participate in part assembly during prototype stages of projects; * Quote customer changes through the system; * Act as the liaison between plant process engineers and customer-requested improvements and future changes, considering methods and controls; * Participate in 8D problem-solving meetings with multidisciplinary plant teams and the client; * Identify product improvement opportunities, discuss them with engineers, and improve processes to eliminate them. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of the automotive sector will be valued, and understanding Portuguese will be a differentiator.
