A better future? **\#WeAreLear** **What will you do?** * Analyze and implement the technical information required for engineering changes proposed by the customer; * Analyze engineering change proposals and, based on them, prepare modifications, orders, and design changes for the team; * Support product engineering and process engineering in daily control activities; * Manage innovation improvements and development of new processes; * Work and follow up with customers and suppliers on projects and new equipment; * Collaborate with process engineering to achieve efficiency in the use of control methods. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering; * Experience in the role and in personnel management; * Knowledge of the automation sector and programming will be a differentiator.
