Strong focus on continuous improvement and goal achievement. 🎯 Job Mission Provide operational support to the plant’s production processes, assisting in the proper execution of production tasks, internal supply, and basic process control, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, order, and efficiency standards, and contributing to the achievement of production objectives. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Operate and assist in handling industrial machinery. Supply production lines and transport materials. Support supervisors and coordinate work with Logistics and Production departments. Perform classification, loading, unloading, stacking, and storage tasks. Execute internal goods movement. Prepare, label, and organize orders. Assist in stock and inventory control. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace. Comply with internal regulations, quality procedures, and safety policies. ✅ Requirements Age: 21 to 35 years old. Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial or logistics environments (mandatory). Forklift / Stackers operation: verifiable experience (desirable). Availability: Rotating 9-hour shifts (mandatory). Residence near Los Cardales – Exaltación de la Cruz (mandatory). (Areas include: Los Cardales, Pavón, Capilla del Señor, Campana, Zárate, Torres, Manzanares, Open Door, Fátima, Villa Rosa, Matheu, Pilar, Del Viso, Derqui, among others).
