Main tasks: * Collect malt sales generated by LATAM commercial team. Splitting them per segment and considering invoice in USD \+ amount of customers. * Contact customers to coordinate payments, send reminders, and resolve outstanding balances. * Work closely with Sales, Finance, to ensure aligned and efficient processes. Analyze customer payment behavior and identify potential risks or deviations. * Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments. * Maintain updated records, reports, and collection * KPIs.
