Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and basic bookkeeping. We are seeking a highly organized and reliable **Office Manager** to support daily business operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing client communication, assisting with invoicing and payment collection, organizing company records, and supporting scheduling and dispatch coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * **Office Management** – Oversee and support daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow and organization. * **Client Communication** – Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients. * **Invoicing \& Payment Collection** – Prepare and send invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on payments when necessary. * **Scheduling / Dispatch Coordination** – Coordinate schedules and assist with dispatching services while maintaining clear communication between clients and the team. * **Administrative Organization** – Maintain organized files, documents, and operational records. * **Basic Bookkeeping** – Assist with recording transactions, tracking payments, and maintaining financial organization. * **Client Follow\-Ups** – Contact clients after services are completed to request reviews and encourage repeat services. **Requirements** * **Very fluent English (written and spoken)** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently * Experience with administrative tasks, invoicing, or bookkeeping is preferred * Detail\-oriented and proactive in managing office processes and client support This role requires a dependable and organized individual who can communicate effectively with clients and help ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
