To continue positively impacting the lives of even more people, we are seeking to hire a **Data Scientist** for the Systems and Technology Division at Swiss Medical. **Responsibilities** Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning (generative and non-generative) models that transform data into innovative solutions, supporting the organization’s cross-functional AI adoption strategy and generating business value through predictions, automation, and advanced insights. * Explore and prepare structured and unstructured data. * Develop, train, and evaluate AI/ML models. * Implement ML pipelines in production environments. * Collaborate with data teams and business units to translate strategic needs into solutions. * Ensure data governance, privacy, and security. * Generate insights and predictions to drive key decisions. **Requirements** You must have experience in: * Proven experience in generative and non-generative AI projects. Advanced proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
