Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead to lead the development and maintenance of solutions based on Symfony and Node.js, serving as the technical reference and mentor. Key Highlights: 1. Leads backend development teams and defines tasks. 2. Designs scalable and maintainable backend architectures. 3. Mentors and trains team developers. We are looking for a **Tech Lead** to work with an important technology client specializing in custom technology solutions (mobile applications, digital marketing, data analysis, infrastructure, and management applications), which is expanding its value proposition with Artificial Intelligence services to enhance its clients' businesses. **Hybrid model (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) | Offices located in Microcentro** **Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM** **Role Description** Responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Symfony- and Node.js-based solutions, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Acts as the team’s technical reference, actively participating in architectural decisions, best practices, and developer mentoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead backend development teams (task definition, tracking, and coordination) * Design and validate scalable and maintainable backend architectures * Develop and maintain services using Symfony and Node.js * Define coding standards, best practices, and code reviews * Participate in product technical and strategic decisions * Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, and other areas * Identify technical risks and propose solutions * Mentor and train team developers **Technical Skills** * 6+ years of Full Stack development experience (minimum 3 years with Symfony) + team leadership experience * PHP (advanced) * Symfony (solid experience in production environments) * REST APIs / integrations * MySQL / PostgreSQL * Software architecture (DDD, SOLID, Clean Code) * Testing (unit / integration) * Git / CI-CD * AWS (Desirable) **Leadership Skills** * Technical team management * Clear communication with stakeholders * Technical decision-making * Prioritization and planning * Conflict resolution * Results-oriented **Differentiating Value** * Hybrid profile: strong technical foundation + leadership capability, focused on delivering high-impact business-aligned solutions. **Benefits** * Hybrid work model. * Competitive salary package. * Salary adjustments aligned with market context.
