Job Summary: This role involves coordinating logistics, managing customer orders and transport, and ensuring efficient dispatch operations in a distribution center. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of inter-plant transportation trips and monthly dispatch management. 2. End-to-end order management and coordination with customers and carriers. 3. Leadership in logistics management and conflict resolution skills. ### **Context and Environment** Receiving 120 inter-plant trips Coordinating dispatch of 4 million liters/month Managing transport companies for customer deliveries 10 maintenance and service providers Interacting with customer platforms for delivery coordination ### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with the Distribution Center Manager to define available resources needed to meet dispatch targets, maximizing efficiency while minimizing the number of transports used. * Manage customer orders in SAP, transfer them to Cygnus, interact with customer web platforms, and generate work orders in the system to enable dispatches across various docks at the Distribution Center, optimizing dispatch efficiency. * Coordinate with the Commercial and ADV teams on customer-requested urgent orders; monitor related KPIs. * Provide space and support for daily customs-related import documentation handling. * Coordinate the collection of customer returns. * Prepare all required documentation for each trip, ensuring compliance with formal requirements for domestic freight transport and TEA Standard regulations. * Jointly coordinate with customers, the Commercial team, and ADV on advance order requests, aiming for evenly distributed monthly dispatch volumes; monitor KPIs. * Actively organize dispatch orders to ensure that the average loading rate of dedicated transport vehicles is equal to or exceeds 85% of their capacity. * Participate actively in both monthly and annual inventory processes. * Assume responsibility and coverage for site operations during the Distribution Center Manager’s absence.
