Field technical support experience Job Description: **Field IT Technician \| AMBA** We are currently looking for a Field IT Technician to join an important technical support service, delivering on-site assistance to users and operational support for technological infrastructure. This position targets dynamic, solution-oriented professionals with field technical support experience, interested in developing their careers within corporate and operationally demanding environments. Work Location: AMBA. Work Modality: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Availability to perform on-call duty once per month. Main Responsibilities: * Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for users. * On-site incident response and resolution. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs and laptops. * Hardware and software support. * Configuration of peripherals and printers. * Ticket management and tracking. * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Operational support across various sites within AMBA.
