We are seeking an MTS Analyst to serve as the technical expert in biotechnological manufacturing processes. Your mission will be to provide specialized support in technology transfer, scale-up, and validation, ensuring process optimization under the highest standards of technical robustness and regulatory compliance. Your Day at Biomás* Act as the technical expert in specific protein purification processes (filtration, centrifugation, chromatography, protein precipitation, etc.). * Propose and implement technical improvements to increase process efficiency and yield while maintaining high quality. * Lead development and resolution of complex problems in the pilot plant. * Draft protocols, procedures, and reports. * Train internal teams on critical technical aspects of sector protocols and processes. * Evaluate new technologies and methodologies applicable to manufacturing. Requirements:* Professionals with degrees in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields. Postgraduate degree/PhD preferred. * Minimum five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with solid knowledge of specific processes (cell culture, chromatography, compression, coating, etc.). * Demonstrable experience in biotechnological/biological processes (filtration, centrifugation, UTFF, precipitation, protein purification, chromatography, process scale-up) (mandatory). * Analytical methods (ELISA, protein content, HPLC). * GMP regulations, FDA, EMA, and similar regulatory requirements. * Continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical tools (JMP, Design Expert, etc.).
