This role requires managing multiple events simultaneously, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery at every stage. Responsibilities: End-to-end planning and execution of events. Developing detailed travel itineraries and engaging agendas. Managing sourcing, negotiation, and administration of contracts with suppliers (venues, hotels, DMCs, transportation, etc.). Overseeing event operations, resolving issues in real time, and adapting to last-minute changes. Providing high-level client advisory and support, with clear communication and continuous follow-up. Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and service standards. Requirements: +5 years of experience in event management and organization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
