As one of the leading providers of high\-speed connectivity and entertainment solutions for worldwide mobility markets, we deliver what customers need today, while remaining flexible and future\-focused. **Role Summary** The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with a global Talent Acquisition team to deliver high\-quality, end\-to\-end recruiting services across multiple regions and talent markets. This role is responsible for executing effective sourcing and hiring strategies, delivering strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the company’s employer brand across diverse professional communities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will guide hiring managers and candidates through the assessment and selection process, manage full\-lifecycle recruiting activities, and build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and follow\-through, as well as strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Remote Options: Remote **What You’ll Be Doing** * Partner closely with hiring managers to manage full\-lifecycle recruiting and deliver consistent, high\-quality hiring outcomes, serving as a trusted and professional recruiting partner. * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate communication. * Conduct thorough job intake conversations to understand role requirements, key responsibilities, and required and preferred skills, ensuring alignment before initiating searches. * Source and screen qualified candidates using appropriate channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, referrals) and structured interviewing techniques aligned to role criteria. * Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and selection process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and post\-interview debriefs. * Prepare and coordinate written offer letters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved compensation, job details, and company guidelines, in partnership with HR and Total Rewards. * Provide a positive, professional candidate experience, ensuring timely, accurate, and clear communication throughout the hiring process. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date recruiting documentation and data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy and audit readiness. * Provide regular recruiting updates and metrics to hiring managers and Talent Manager, including status updates, pipeline health, and time\-to\-fill insights. * Top of Form * Bottom of Form **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * 5\+ years of full\-lifecycle recruiting experience, experience supporting corporate, technology, or software roles preferred * Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast\-paced, high\-volume recruiting environment * Experience working within an HCM or recruiting platform (e.g., UKG or similar systems), with strong attention to data accuracy and process compliance * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and consultative approach when partnering with hiring managers and candidates * Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) required; ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel **This Might Be the Right Place if You….** * Are a team fit; can help advance our global, inclusive culture * Are self\-starter who likes to roll up your sleeves and take initiative with minimal direction * Can think about tomorrow, while getting your work done today * Are a collaborative team player; primary audience will be internal teams * Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions * Are able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive manner * Are organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done **The Benefits of Working Here** A career with Anuvu is a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within a casual culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
