Location: Remote **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Monitor incoming change requests and coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding requirements and expectations. * Coordinate with the relevant teams for the onboarding of new clients and distributors to the Open platform and ensure that these projects adhere to scope and schedule * Analyze project statuses and, when necessary, revise the schedule and schedule to ensure that all requirements are satisfied * Coordinate with platform engineers regarding change management initiatives and help prioritize work as needed * Point of contact for tier 1 general support of Anuvu’s digital content supply chain, Open™, and assign issues as needed to the relevant platform engineers. * Coordinate with IT regarding infrastructure changes and updates and escalate those that affect business operations to upper management * Assist with User Acceptance testing to support ongoing development initiatives * Defect troubleshooting as raised through Anuvu’s Quality Program and assist with User Acceptance testing on resolutions that require development work * Have working knowledge to assist regarding updates to platform labels, SDVI\|Rally supply chain presets, delivery matrices, and other metadata enumerations. * Have working knowledge to assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of delivery applications (Aspera, Signiant, Smartjog, Cloud) * Have working knowledge to configure distributor information to support Rightsline integration for catalogue updates. * Prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to the Open™ platform using Confluence * Assist in maintaining Jira workflows for the Quality Program, Change Management, and Question/General Support Kanban boards, and modify as needed to support the needs of the business. * Apply strong critical thinking and strategic thinking skills to determine how to best resolve issues quickly, identify root causes, and continuously improve our technology and services. * Have working knowledge of the audio on demand processes in SDVI and relevant back\-end systems to be able to support internal teams as needed. **Expectations** ---------------- * Works well under pressure * Team player able to collaborate and influence others to meet shared deadlines and goals * Strong communicator who displays courage in driving and advocating for operational excellence * Proactive, operational mindset * Self\-motivated, organized, and resourceful with strong work ethic **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a recognized project management qualification * Considerable experience working with agile \& waterfall software development methodologies * Experience working with cross\-functional, multidisciplinary teams * Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologies * Experience with Inflight Entertainment industry is a plus * Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal, written, presenting) skills * Highly effective problem solver able to assess, adapt and effectively action changing priorities and strategies * Highly detailed, data\-oriented team player with strong analytical skills * Able to succeed and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline driven environment * Willing and able to work outside of regular business hours and participate to 24/7 support when necessary **This Might Be the Right Place if You…** ----------------------------------------- * Are a team fit; can help advance our global, inclusive culture * Are self\-starter who likes to roll up your sleeves and take initiative with minimal direction * Can think about tomorrow, while getting your work done today * Are a collaborative team player; primary audience will be internal teams * Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions * Are able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive manner * Are organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done **The Benefits of Working Here** -------------------------------- A career with Anuvu is a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within a casual culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
